PROSONIQ VoxCiter for Mac is a stand-alone version that does not need a host application to run. PROSONIQ VoxCiter for Mac comes as a plug in that operates just as any plug in you are already using. The demo application works with both AIFF and SounddesignerII sound files, both in mono and stereo. It has internal Bypass swith for instant comparison without switching to other windows, noise Gate with Threshold, Attack, Hold and Release times.

The installer should have placed the 'PROSONIQ VoxCiter' Demo Application on your hard disk. To use VoxCiter with your sound files, drag them on the VoxCiter icon and they will automatically open and start with the playback.

You can also open a new audio file with the 'Open...' command from the File menu. You can then use VoxCiter to manipulate them as you would in your host application, however, you will not be allowed to save or make your changes permanent. The playback will loop depending on how much memory you have allotted to the application in the 'Get Info' window in the Finder.
